Terms of Service

Last updated · 14 July 2026

This is placeholder copy pending legal review. It is not finalized legal advice.

1. Agreement

By accessing build69 you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms for that organization.

2. The service

build69 delivers component source code to your development environment over the Model Context Protocol. We may update, add, or remove components over time; we will not remove code already written into your projects.

3. Accounts & API keys

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping API keys secret. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or exceed plan limits.

4. Acceptable use

Do not resell the registry, attempt to circumvent metering, or use the service to build unlawful products. Automated scraping outside the provided MCP tools is prohibited.

5. Payment

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. See the pricing page for current plans.

6. Warranty & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, build69 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the components or platform.

7. Changes

We may revise these terms; material changes will be announced in-product. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
