1. Monthly plans
Cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not prorate partial months.
2. Annual plans
Request a refund within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, annual fees are non-refundable.
3. How to request
Reach out from the address on your account through our support channel and we’ll process eligible refunds within a few business days.
4. Billing errors
If a renewal is charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.
